after giving up on the whole lookout thing, we grudgingly set out to find out next campsite, called Perry's Lookdown. it is situated on the edge of a cliff and gets its name from the fact that when you are there you look down upon everything. we were sure that all we would see was the same white soup we had seen all morning. to our great surprise and contentment, this side of the moutains was clear as clear can be. this picture is at Anvil Rock, just before the campsite.
