this is a roadhouse. the Nundroo Roadhouse, to be precise. there are many roadhouses in australia and although i'm not quite sure what the exact definition of one is, i can tell you what they usually serve up. petrol, is the main ingredient, then there is usually an overpriced restaurant, there might be a bar and there always really cheesy items to be bought in a kind of gift-shop setting. they usually have overnight accomodation, ranging from cabins to camping. we camped here and it was a bloody windy night in the desert.
