we camped the night out in the Discovery Bay Coastal Park, at a campsite near a place called Swan Lake. As in a lake, thinking we'd be able to have a nice swim the next day. We had not showered in a couple of days and in 35 degree weather, these things count. You can imagine our disappointment when we went to Swan Lake the next day. This is it, pictured above...notice anything missing ? That isn't even muddy or humid in any way, it is quite thoroughly bone dry. Like the bone above. haha
