Burrunguy is the name of the bottom part and Nourlangie the name of the upper part. it is a super sacred aboriginal site, with two rock art galleries. just walking here is almost sacrilege, for an unitiated man or woman. lucklily, we are still allowed to do so and sam and i did the 12 km loop around and above it.
