Manyallaluk and its People

after Kakadu, we headed down to the small aboriginal community of Manyallaluk. the inhabitants have put together a kind of "get to know our culture" tour. i don't like tours, so it was good that this was very un-tour-like. it was informal and we just kind of hung out with this guy john and he told us about what his ancestors used to eat, how they communicated, hunted and cooked. it was really fun.
